About Tania Elmer
Tania is a Management Accountant with international experience across high-profile businesses in the UK and USA. She became a full-time investor before returning to New Zealand to manage a substantial property portfolio with Kyle.
In 2007, she founded Mana Property Management; by 2015, she developed Ticklist, a systemisation tool that helped scale and streamline operations. After selling Mana in 2018, Tania and Kyle began rolling out Ticklist internationally, helping other business owners improve profitability and achieve true freedom.
Tania’s leadership roles include Treasurer of the NZ Property Investors Federation, executive committee member of the Otago PIA, and Director of the Leading Property Managers of NZ.
Specialties: Business systemisation, property investing, renovations, and coaching.
